Macromedia Contribute - Macromedia has created a content management system that has gone beyond any custom built system I have seen. As a matter of fact we dumped our in house CMS in favor of Contribute. If your users can use MS Word and a browser, then they can use Contribute.
Lavasoft Ad Aware SE - Lavasoft has gone above and beyond in adware and malware removal. The current round of Anti-Virus tools, Internet Explorer Patches, and personal firewalls are getting trashed by the hordes of new attacks being released daily. Ad Aware SE is a free tool with regular updates that gives you the ability to detect and remove browser hijacks. Prior to installing FireFox, our development team saw an average of 100 malware programs being installed per DAY. To help combat this we utilized Ad Aware to keep our systems up and running.
