Chris Lively has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology arena. Over the course of his tenure he has held every position from Help Desk support to Chief Technology Officer. Although a highly accomplished developer and database guru his main focus lately is in total System Architecture and Design.

"Some IT Consultants believe that the only thing which matters is whether the project requirements are met. I believe that the project requirements are simply one ingredient necessary for a successful project. In order to deliver a great solution the consultant must also look deeply at how a company functions and ask questions such as: Will this project fundamentally help the company and it's employees? What resistance to change must be overcome in order to gain acceptance? Are the project requirements short sighted or too ambitious?"

Chris Lively has personally overseen over 100 projects from start to finish. In that time he has found that although the platforms and tools change, the goals rarely do.

"Today's workers are extremely busy. They may be wearing several different 'hats' and juggling a hundred different functions. What everyone really wants is for their job to be simpler and more straight forward. We believe that the computer is supposed to reduce the daily clutter and noise preventing the worker from performing."
